Our Mission

We believe that everyone should feel comfortable in their own skin, regardless of their hair type. We have assembled this community to create a safe space for learning, connections, creative expression, and diverse support while also identifying the superpower of self-awareness.

We believe in the power of self-awareness as a key to unlocking self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-resilience in the face of hair loss. We are dedicated to providing a supportive community for all those on this journey.

Our mission is to build a united community across the globe for people who have Alopecia and for the people who love them.

• THIS IS A SAFE SPACE: We collectively agree that what is shared within this community, stays within this community during and after your time here. No discrimination or put-downs of any kind will be tolerated. 

• COME AS YOU ARE: We’re building a home for all, which means this community is a safe space for folks from all walks of life. We encourage you to come as you are and share openly, regardless of your gender, racial background, medical diagnosis, or sexual orientation. 

• YOUR VOICE MATTERS: This is a community-led space which means that this community is only as strong as its members. We aim to give our members space to shape the community into exactly what they need in their current season.

• WE VALUE LEARNING & CREATIVE EXPRESSION: We aim to create a space for community members to boldly and creatively express themselves while learning from one another without judgment.
